Pros and cons
- COAs from two named labs, identifying the compound as retatrutide with mass spectrometry
- Lost-in-transit orders get a replacement or refund
- Card payments accepted
- Product page lists CAS 2698734-17-1 and a formula that do not match retatrutide
- About 2x the price per mg of the cheapest vendors
- No street address or legal entity; the COA page still has template placeholders
- Main domain registered April 2026; no Trustpilot profile
Bottom line
Arizona Peptides publishes good retatrutide test reports from two outside labs. The storefront around them is less careful: the product data is wrong, the company details are sparse and prices are high.
Products and pricing
The product is listed as “AP-Reta”. The product page does not say “retatrutide” and gives CAS 2698734-17-1 with a 4179.8 g/mol formula, which does not match retatrutide. The COA page lists the matching lots as “Retatrutide 10mg”, “Retatrutide 20mg” and “GLP-3R 25mg”. Prices: 10 mg $115, 20 mg $210, 25 mg $250 (about $10–11.50/mg), all shown in stock.
Testing
MZ Biolabs (Tucson, AZ) tested retatrutide 10 mg lot LK-88410 at 99.41% and 20 mg lot LK-88420 at 99.95% by HPLC-UV-MS, with CAS 2381089-83-2 and an analysis date of December 29, 2025. Bioviridian tested GLP-3R 25 mg lot LK-88413, issued June 12, 2026. That report shows identity confirmed as retatrutide by MALDI-MS, purity 99.9% and content 25.61 mg. Neither report covers endotoxins. The product page also names Chromate and Janoshik as testing partners, but we found no retatrutide reports from either.
Shipping and payment
Orders ship within the US by USPS, FedEx or UPS, with same-day processing and “2–3 day express”. Express shipping is free over $299; the site does not state the fee below that. Payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Venmo and Cash App.
Policies and support
Opened or used products cannot be returned. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours and wrong items within 7 days, with photos. Carrier-confirmed lost packages get a replacement or refund if reported within 30 days of shipment. Support is by phone, email and contact form. The phone number appears as (480) 486-8832 on most pages but (480) 468-8832 on the contact page. The only location given is “Phoenix, AZ 85001”. The About page is empty, and the COA page still contains “[Your Email Address]” placeholders.
Reputation
arizonapeptidesus.com was registered April 8, 2026. The older domain arizonapeptides.us (registered August 18, 2025) now redirects to it. Neither domain has a Trustpilot profile. We found no FDA warning letter or Eli Lilly lawsuit naming the company.
